Service Description

Designed for Senior Care Workers, Team Leaders, Deputy Managers and Registered Managers who want to strengthen their leadership skills and build confidence in their role. This interactive small-group session draws on real-world experience within adult social care and provides practical tools to help participants lead with confidence, support their teams effectively and navigate everyday leadership challenges. Topics may include communication, delegation, accountability, team culture, difficult conversations, supporting staff performance and leading through change. Delivered live via Microsoft Teams, participants will have the opportunity to learn alongside other care professionals, share experiences and leave with practical actions they can apply immediately within their own service.
