1. Acceptance

By registering for a course with A B Training & Development, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Course Booking

Your place on a course is confirmed once payment has been received (or your booking has otherwise been confirmed).

3. Payments

All course fees must be paid before the course begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the course may not be eligible for a refund.
If we cancel or reschedule a course, you will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to transfer to another course.

5. Attendance

Participants are expected to arrive on time and behave respectfully towards instructors and other attendees. We reserve the right to remove anyone whose behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate without a refund.

6. Course Materials

Any materials provided during the course are for your personal use only and must not be copied, shared or sold without our written permission.

7. Liability

We take reasonable care in delivering our courses. However, we cannot accept responsibility for any indirect loss, personal belongings, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Privacy

Any personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

9. Photographs and Recording

Participants must not record, photograph or distribute any part of the course without the prior written permission of A B Training & Development.

10. Changes
