This practical hour long session draws on real-world operational experience within adult social care and provides guidance on how to prepare effectively, evidence your knowledge and experience, and approach the interview with confidence. Topics may include common interview themes, demonstrating leadership capability, evidencing compliance and operational knowledge, presenting your experience effectively and preparing for questions relating to service delivery, quality and management responsibilities.
