Preparing for CQC Inspection (pp)

Service Description

Designed for Registered Managers and care leaders who want to feel better prepared for a CQC inspection. This practical hour long session draws on real-world operational experience within adult social care and focuses on the evidence, documentation and preparation activities that can help services demonstrate good practice. Topics may include key documents to have available, evidence that supports quality care, preparing staff for inspection conversations, common areas of focus and practical steps to improve inspection readiness. Delivered live via Microsoft Teams, participants will have the opportunity to learn alongside other care professionals, ask questions and leave with practical actions they can apply within their own service. A practical inspection readiness resource pack will be provided following the session to support learning and ongoing preparation.
