Registered Managers can often spend so much time supporting everyone else that there are surprisingly few opportunities to simply connect with other people doing the same role.

This free 60-minute online networking session is a chance to meet other Registered Managers in domiciliary care, share experiences, ask questions and talk about the things that are useful and relevant to your day-to-day role.

Each session will be loosely guided around one of three themes — People, Quality or Growth — while leaving plenty of room for the conversation to go wherever is most useful to those attending.

For our first session, we’ll start with People — and maybe consider: where do you get support in your role, what works well for you, and what would you like more of?
